Maruti Estate was established in the year 1996. Within a few years, the company made it’s presence heard in the field of Real Estate through exceptional construction quality, litigation free land, timely delivery, post delivery services, etc. Since the establishment we have served 1000+ happy customers. The person behind the success is our Managing Director Sri Jitendra Prasad Singh. Being an engineer, he has the vision and outlook for making the organisation. The organisation has developed several plots, residential dwellings & apartments for the middle income groups and high income groups of Odisha. With over 25 years of experience in the field of Real Estate. He has made the business expand in other fields. Such as, hospitality, distribution & retailing. He has been a key stakeholder in the overall growth & development of the organisation. Strong entrepreneurship quality, management skills & rich motivation of Er. J.P. Singh has been the key for making Maruti Estate a renowned name in all the sectors. He has also served as the central council member of IIISLA (Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors). Past Secretary of REDA (Real Estate Developer’s Association of Odisha) and President of Lion’s Club Bhubaneswar.
Apart from the successful management of Maruti Estate Er. J.P. Singh is also a trustee of one of the leading engineering college “Silicon Institute of Technology” Bhubaneswar & Sambalpur, a reputed & well known engineering college in Odisha & Future Bhubaneswar School.
