Maruti Vihar

This is where it all started, as it was the first mega project by us, “MARUTI VIHAR” on the Bhubaneswar and Nandan Kanan road. The Company has developed and sold over 300 plots in this project and further developed about 200 plots, due to increasing demand. Maruti Vihar is located at Raghunathpur, on 200 ft VIP road, amidst lust greenery, is close to Nandankanan,and it offers litigation free plots.
